The brief

Tamsin and her partner fire the kiln about once a month and sell the results online. Their old shop could not hold stock for one-off pieces, so popular cups were sometimes sold twice.

What we built

Each piece is its own product with one unit of stock, held for ten minutes while a buyer checks out. A drop is scheduled in advance and opens at a set time, with a page that shows what is coming.

Photographs come straight from Tamsin’s phone; the site makes the sizes it needs.

After launch

Drops now sell out in under an hour, and no piece has been sold twice since.
