Terms of engagement

Scope
Each project’s scope is the package description plus the scope document agreed at the kick-off call. Changes are quoted in writing before work on them starts.
Ownership
You own the code, content and design files we make for you once the invoices for them are paid. Open-source components keep their own licenses.
Payment
Deposits and fixed prices are paid at booking. Other invoices are due within 14 days.
Warranty
We fix defects in work we delivered for 30 days after launch, at no charge.
Liability
Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount paid for it.
