The brief
Every Northline chair comes in four sizes, eleven fabrics and three wood finishes. The old catalog built a separate page for each combination, and it took five seconds to load on a phone.
What we built
One page per piece, with the options chosen on the page and the photograph changing to match. Fabric samples can be ordered from the same page, free, up to five at a time.
The product team edits pieces in a headless CMS with fields that match how they describe furniture: dimensions, materials, lead time and care.
After launch
Sample requests nearly tripled, and the sales team now sees which fabrics people order before they visit the showroom.
