Deposits and refunds

What the deposit is

Build packages are booked with a deposit, paid through the checkout link on the package page. It reserves a team and a start date.

The full deposit is deducted from the final invoice for the project.

Before the kick-off call: refunded in full, for any reason, within five working days of your request.
After the kick-off call: the deposit covers work done in the first weeks and is not refunded. If we cancel, it is always refunded in full.

Audits and sprints are paid in full when booked. They are refunded in full until work starts.

Care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with one month’s notice. The current month is not refunded.
