What our deposit covers, and when you get it back
The deposit books a start date. Here is what it pays for, how it is credited and when it is refunded.
Every build package starts with a deposit. People ask us two things about it: what it pays for, and what happens if the project does not go ahead.
What it pays for
The deposit reserves a team for a start date. Without one, we would hold dates for projects that never begin and turn others away.
How it is credited
The full deposit comes off the final invoice. It is not an extra charge.
When it is refunded
Until the kick-off call, the deposit is refunded in full, for any reason. After kick-off it covers the work done in the first weeks. The details are on our deposits and refunds page.
